This training covers most aspects of the office. I suffer a lot with back and headaches and it has helped highlight the problem enough to raise it with the right people. It would be nice to think that the comments made during the training would be acted upon by managers. Also, I think the air in the office needs to be considered to as anyone suffering from allergies (which is a lot of people) can be quite badly affected by sprays such as foot sprays, perfume and polish which people use without thinking during the day, and even people wearing strong smelling perfumes - these can all give people with allergies headaches and migraines and spoil a working day and evening, everyday!

The training was easy to use and was presented in an easy way to learn. It is helpful that the training is offered in sections meaning you do not have to complete the whole course at once.

Made me look at the clutter on my desk and move things around.

I found completing the programme helpful, making you consider your own situation, the risk assessment is useful and suggest you are free from interuptions when completing the programme

Very imformative, covers everything and more that I did not even consider.
