Information was clear and well presented.

The programe was useful and a good refresher. One or two things have changed over time and it is good to keep up to date. The length of time of the programme was about right and it is good to be able to it into your working day and work through at your own pace. Overall very helpful.

The training programme is easy to follow within each section with clear precise delivery of facts and helpful information. The presentation of the videos is extremely good with clear instructions both verbal and visual. I would certainly recommend your training system to other companies.

Good information in a short period of time and also very useful

The test and course was an eye opener most of the time I would just pick up a laptop in any position but in future I will try to be more carefull

I didn't realiase how many things can go wrong just from sitting at your desk. I am very guilty of not taking sufficent breaks and did not take in account how much glare affects your eye sight as we have no natural light in our office only flourecent lighting.

The training made me aware of a couple off things in relation to Laptop use I was not aware off, will be adjusting the way I work to incorporate the trainings information.

A very user friendly and very informative. It challenges you and draws you into the subject. It was a good refresher as we tend to forget some of the knowledge. Being ~IT based it was much more exciting than doing it paper based.
