It was good, introductions were too long. The question on eyes - I clicked on both as answer (ie. blinking eyes) and you marked this wrong. I believe it was correct. Or perhaps the question was ambiguous. Also the picture where you had to find the problems. The open window was too obscure.

I found this to not be a healthy or safe means of conveying this information. My first point, that you are educating me about the the health and safety aspects of computers and desk, by using a computer and desk. Secondly, it was not done in an interesting way, as promised. And finally, the multiple choice test at the end contained answers that were correct in their own right, but reguarded as incorrect.

informative and easy to use

It was really easy to navigate around the pages and the demonstrations were really helpful to see what we should be doing and how our workstation should look.

Very easy to follow

Very easy to follow and understand with clear, concise instructions.

Good Programme, but laboured

Clearly explained all the points that needed to be got across, but probably could have done this in half the time. Your risk assesment needs a N/A option, eg I don't use a PDA, but still had to answer all the irrelevant questions.

very good

I enjoyed this programme, i partically liked the exercise part because it has given me alot of good tips whilst sat at my desk to carry out if feeling ache, tired or stressed.

Easy to understand without being boring.

Straight to the point and easy to pick up. Not to long so didn't feel like I was going to fall asleep. Nice short sections.

Good videos. Nice to have short ones

Seen similar stuff before but this was well presented. The trouble with using youtube is that we cannot view them at work. Not a good idea. You should put them on your own site.

This was really helpful.

This training covered areas which seem obvious now but were not obvious to me before. It was very user-friendly and the information was presented well.
