A relevant and useful training DVD. There are clear explanations given in each section and the information is relevant to my working environment. The practical section with the suggested exercises makes the DVD interactive and memorable.
Very easy programme to follow with good clear instructions/explanations on each section and diagrams very clear. The risk assessment test questions were a little on the long side to complete - too many questions regarding each piece of equipment
Most of the training we have had from our resident health & safety Officer. I found the exercises (not previously seen) particularly useful and intend to use them on a daily basis.
Very good in theory but far too long winded.
Very clear and easy to follow. It covered all the areas of using workstations and explained how to reduce eye strain and neck ache which I do suffer from. Better than attending a half day course which obviously uses more time to get the same result/s.
The presenter speaks well and clearly and on all but one tasks it's really simple to follow - in the 'find eight areas of concern' section it is not clear what you need to do and it took longer to complete this part than the exam at the end.
The level at which this training was pitched was entirely inappropriate. It was worse than patronising.
This training programme was helpful as it allowed for a visual view of everything with a voiceover also describing what is happening. This made the programme intresting as well as informative.
Very useful and informative training programme
I found the slides and information very easy to follow. Also each section was well presented and done in great detail. This made things clear to understand. It is a great programme and very interesting to learn new facts and is a must for all office workers
