The training gets the point across in an engaging way without being patronising or glib. Easy to listen to and follow. Test questions interspersed with the training material and a multiple choice session to complete it.

The course was a useful reminder to how to best use DSE to avoid un-necessary stress, aches and pains whilst maintaining a good posture. At the moment, if you go back to repeat a section of the training, you can't then skip to the next section using the next button, or right arrow key, once you have re-seen the relevant bit, and you have to re-sit through the whole of the section / page. It would be good if you could skip to the next section, if you have already seen the section or page you are on. This is the case with all iHASCO courses and would represent a useful improvement.
