Useful to learn how to avoid serious health consequences.
Very informative and I learned a few things today that I had been doing wrong.
The exercises might help me reduce the number of headaches that I get, and help reduce back and neck pain due to poor posture.

It is a very important task for people who work in a company to be aware of all the safety procedures in case of an emergency. Companies who are very strict we these procedures demonstrate how important we, people in general, are for them.
One small point. Clients need to be informed that this requires audio access on their computers
Section on using mouse does not suggest using a trackball mouse which I have found useful in limiting RSI.
