I found the programme very interesting but it was very slow .

Too long - intros, lost interest, however it did highlight some very good points.

good content, just way too much of it in one sitting!!!

The whole thing took too long because the videos kept sticking and a contracts manager thought he could interrupt if he wanted to!

I feel the programme gave me a good understanding of how to set up my workstation and i have already made some changes to my chair and desk position!

Very informative and helpful

As a trainer, it releases me to concentrate on other areas of training while employees are able to assess their own workplace station activities.

Most of it is common sense , but its good for reminding you and do a sanity check that you are using your work station correctly.

Found out I was sitting incorrectly and possible backache could be due to either my chair or not sitting correctly

Makes you look at your evironment and how it is presented and makes you more aware of what you doing at your desk
