Clear and easly understood audio, some good tips on exercises and not to long to complete the programme

As the trainer instigating the training, I was very impressed with how easy it was to understand. I feel confident that all sections of the company will now know how to behave in the event of a fire. The explaination about the types of extinguisher and when it should be used was extremely helpful.

The computer was too slow to cope with the programme, but overall, I found it to be informative

The course and exam make you think about your work envoirnment in a constructive and helpful manner assisting you to adopt good practise thus resulting in less physical stress during your working day.

Clear and concise instructions with good use of video clips and illustrations

content is good but I would have have liked a fast forward button for some bits, especially the exercise section.

I found the programme interesting and useful. I liked the videos and review questions.
