Very good videos and content with excellent descriptive features. Would like to use it within our taught units.

Very informative and well presented. A bit long though, dont think there was any need to actually do the exercises in real time. We could have just been shown.

The programme was really helpful and made me realise how important is the positioning, exercises and environment at work.

Highly recommended to ensure workstations are set-up correctly, and very effective at elimiating shoulder/neck ache from poorly set out workstations.

Wanted to point out that some of the videos did not load.

It was in depth looking at beyond just how you must sit and organise your desk. I have since rearranged the hieght of my screen which has made a big difference to my neck.

This is an informative programme and should help me to be more comfortable at my desk. The suggested exercises, along with ideas on how best to arrange my desk, will come in useful

Modules were very useful to help re-assess my work station but the assessment at the end was rather too involved considering most people would be amending any wrong set-up as they worked through the modules. Also found a couple of the test questions had more than 1 correct answer and by ticking one I was told I had the wrong answer.

Easy to follow and understand. Although one question very misleading and all my colleagues inc myself got it wrong.
