The course is devlivered in a very claer and consie manner.
"keep your keyboard clean to stop ilness from bacteria!.".. Really? "8 daily excersices" - probably totalling 10 mins of time. Basic rule of health and safety is to make it realistic so that people follow it. 30 people here have completed the test and in the last 2 weeks i have seen nobody doing the exercises. Says it all.

Liked the videos and layout of course.
before this training program I was hunched up in the dark poking an ancient BBC Micropcomputer with a long copper stick. Now I ride around the sky atop a golden dragon festooned with jewels and have man servants enter my data into a gleaming new Bambleweeny 57 Sub- Meson Brain supercomputer, and an Apple Ipad.
A must for all computor users, and re assess at regular intervals
