This training programme was easy to follow however, it did feel a little long and the intro talk waffled on a little and seem a bit repetative that said it was informative.
Overlong? Slightly tedious, especially if one knew most of the information. However, I did learn new knowledge and will be implementing it immediately. I think that the 'back' box would be better placed bottom right of the screen. I did appreciate being able to re- test myself until I achieved 100%.

An interesting insight into the importance of posture and ergonomics in the workplace - certainly something I can utilse both at work and in my homelife.
An easy to use DSE "Self Assessment" system enabling individuals to ensure that their workstation environment is correctly set up.
