Good to do. Though much is common sense it got me thinking about posture and my desk which was clearly the aim!
Comprehensive information, clearly presented.
would be better if self Assessment took place after each section as opposed to 100 questions at the end (especially where a course could have been done over a number of different sessions)

Good clear layout and instructions but bit boring at times!
The programme was user friendly and easy to use. The narative was interesting and inforamative. The videos of each section was very easy to follow. The risk assesment and test were good and the certificate being able to be printed straight away, instead of waiting sometimes weeks for this was great.
Considering we were unable to use audio on our computers we were all able to complete the course regardless. So it must be good !
Interactive aspect of the preperation was interesting. Information was presented at an easily digestible pace.
