I found the whole of this training video very interesting and did learn a lot. I wonder how many companies act on the risk assessments. i know my company are trying hard to achieve a high standard but I work on hot seats and this means adjustment every time I go into the office. I am not complaining as I now know they best way to sort things out thanks.

it glitched a couple of times and it was not obvious how to move on when a seslection was completed. in general it was mostly fine. A reasonable pace to meet the masses, a little slow for me though. However it was better than most that I have seen.

The course covered the topics in an excellent manner and I particularly liked the exercises.

Some graphics on questions too small, Arrows used to steer scene in office environment section did not appear to work sometimes.

The DSE excersises take too long during the presentation. It is not clear what should be done inbetween each section i.e how to navigate around.

I find it difficult at work to control noise and temperature near my work station so I work from home whenever possible. I make sure I adjust my laptop in accordance with best practice and must resist the urge to slouch!

Kenw much of content already but needed a reminder as tend to slip into bad habits.

With time constraints on employees availability for training as well as budgets to look after, this program is cost effective and efficient, easily understood and is proving to be informative and beneficial at each workstation for each employee..

The programme was informative, interesting and easy to understand.

Gave really clear diagrmas of how to position your chair etc, and was really interesting to learn more about the spine.
