This programme is very clear, and easy to understand, the video's make it less boring than what it would be without them. The mini-test at the end of each section, make it fun, as you are able to recap instead of just taking in loads of information

informative and relevant, really good

I thought this was good, it made it relevant and succinct whilst making me think about my health and safety. Quite enjoyed the test at the end as well!

Info explained clearly but the system kept crashing so it took about 6 atempts to get through it all over several days - a real time waster and not conducive to learning. Also it would be helpful to be able to print out a reminder of the exercises to have to hand.

Good lesson in adopting correct posture and being aware of recommended working environment. Great exercises to do.

I found the programme informative.

After completion of the programme I carried out an assessment of my own work station. I will definitely put into practise what I have learnt.

Good content on setting up workstation

There is good advice on setting up the workstation, which promotes an uncluttered desk and only having the things you need closest to hand. The exercises are simple but it would be good to have a printout as an aide memoire in addition to the videos accessed through 'resources'. I am looking forward to less eye strain and headaches!

Easy to understand

An excellent and easy to use Training programme, I would reccomend it without hesitation.

Good information, well presented.

Good information, well presented. The spot the hazard task could be more clearly illustrated. Also, more images/illustrations rather than audio commentary might make it more interesting/memorable.
