This was the right level of interactive (exercises) and informative. Having it is short sections really worked for me too.
Very helpful information on how to set up your desk properly and lots of things I didn't previously know. The interactive tasks are good and chance to practise the exercises.
Good training. Mostly obvious though
The programme stimulates an extremely useful positioning of the body and enables you to make a progress in terms of working, since you feel much more comortable, energetic and productive, while spending the day in the position reccomended in the programme.

Useful and informative
This programme was delivered in easily digestable chunks, in a clear and concise manner. The information, whilst not new, was made as interesting as possible, and certainly should make one look in a new light at their own seating and work environment.
Was simple and easy enough to complete. Very usefull information 😊
