found program quite helpful and easy to understand

The course was comprehensive, clear and useful

I found the programme to be both interesting and easy to use, the Risk Assessment tool is also excellent.

Not too long, well explained and illustrated. Easy to use and navigate.

Great package covering everything to make sure that use of computer equipment is risk assessed and covered in full. Simple advice on how to put things right if action is required.

My two small negative comments are - one that there was not mention of wearing glasses when doing the eye exercises - their relevance or otherwise. Tow I could not distinguish between the skeletons and their seated positions on the first test - they were difficult to see.

WAS TOTALY UNAWARE OF SOME H/S ISSUES BUT THE E TRAINING SHOWED ME THE WAY

Very usefull and easy under standing. All aereas have been covered. This will help in my woking enviroment as well as at home.

Quite a few good tips that will stay with me. Particularly liked the excercise part of the module which was a little strange to participate in whilst my colleagues were concentrating on the Fire Awareness module. Was a bit surprised by the excercise that asked me to put my shoulders behind my ears ! 😊

Overall the health and safety training was helpful, though the exercises section was quite long
