Extremely clear & easy to understand

Although I have done an DSE risk assessment before it was a good reminder of how workstations and office space should be set up. It was easy to understand.

Yes this is a good program to take.

This training programs highlights many problems that the ordinary person may not have thought of while working and should help prevent many complaints, hopefully saving the company both time and money from abscences etc.

A refresher course for me-but still good

The only addition I would like to see from this course is some sort of downloadble reference for the excercises, possibly for other sections too.

I enjoyed this programme it was very informative. I have come to work today and tried to arrange my work station accordingly. The exercises were particularly helpful and I will try to do them and take regular breaks from the PC.

This was a very good programme to make us more aware of the hidden threats to our health from an area we too often take for granted. Simply and clearly explained, we can all take something from it.

An Excellent guide to a safe environment

A printable guide book showing the excercises would be a good inclusion.

Really comprehensive. Short, sharp bite-sized pieces helped to maintain concentration.

Gave all the relevant information.

Easy to use, informative. and gave all the information in a concise, easily accessible format.

Well presented and informative DVD

Good material, well presented but spoilt by awkward transition from section to section. It would be better if you could move forward without going backwards.
