It would be useful if I can read rather than listen as it is a open-plan office.

I thought the training was extremely informative and easy to learn what you should and shouldn't be doing in the work environment.

Easy to followw. Made you more aware of other factors when using a PC or laptop to be aware of.

I found this training a good reminder to pay attention to some details regaridng health and safety that we often ignore. Very useful.

I work in an open plan office so it would have been better to have had a non sound version otherwise this was very informative.

Would recommend to other organisations to take part and look after all employees.
