Good programme, but cd-rom assessment printouts are far to long
I learned a few interesting facts regarding position of wrist.
It took up to much time of my working day where production is my main concern. A condensed version would be better.
An excellent training system. Clear, easy to follow and concise.
This is a thorough training programme. It's interesting and useful, and well worth doing if you have the time. My only criticism is that it is a bit long-winded in places, especially if you are trying to do it at work and the phone keeps ringing!
Enjoyed this programme. Nice and easy to follow directions/links.
The mans voice is monotonous and thre are too many slides. Could have been done in half the time. Have used better online training programmes.
Useful that it can be done at one's desk and when convenient; however may of the units take a long time to complete (e.g. 1 hour) which is diifuclt to stay focused to complete!
