The Training programme covered all areas I would have expected.

The video's took an age to load online and kept freezing up and I couldn't always move on from one stage to the other so I had to keep restarting. This could of course be the browser on my computer.

An excellent training system. Clear, easy to follow and concise.

Easy to follow with clear instructions. You can always go back and re-do any sections you are not sure about and re-take the test to score 100%.

Very informative and helpful. Format was good with interactive parts and videos stopped the boredom factor. Especially like the Office 'spot the risk' section!

I particulary liked the interactive web based teaching which was not as boring and tedious as other online training sessions. The presenter was clear and delivered the teaching very well which made a postive impact on my learning. The time allocated to these sessions are not 30 minutes as I completed this over an hour therefore this timeframe should be correctly specified.

the progremme was easy to follow and understand The exacises very beneficial to the times spent at the desk.

was unable to have the volume turnued up and we dont have any headphones on my pc so was unable to hear any of the comantry, subtitles would have been useful, but overall it was ok

Detailed vidoes and easy to understand and follow.
