A good reminder of how to be safe in a working environment

A ballanced and well delivered training session. I was lucky enough to complete it in on session, but I can see that it would work as seperate sessions almost just as well.

A useful refresher on best practice and the exercises were a useful addition.

I found this course useful and I learnt a few new things.

Comprehensive, easy to use software.

Would be helpful if the videos could be paused.

Each section was easy to follow, key points are repeated and bullet-pointed on the screen which helps reinforce learning.

It does not address other types of chairs which provide a different sitting position i.e. kneelikng chair. I use this at home and at work

I found the programme particulalry useful in terms of how how to sit at and use my desk properly and now find it a much more comfortable working environment having done this. The programme was easy to understand and to the point.

I enjoyed following the exercises and it made me take a step back and chck how my desk was set up - as a result, I moved som estuff around!
