I think it was a great test.

4 tests were very comprehensive with useful videos and ither templates for good understanding the content. I would like to get similar program on another topics of HSSE. Thank you!

Engaging. Informative. Easy to follow.

A really comprehensive, easy to use programme which makes compulsory learning less of a bore.

The possibility of refresh the health and safety recommendations is very usefull for everyone involved in construction activities and also in the normal work office.

There was a lot of good information but I thought the volume was much too low. I had it on the highest setting I could but still couldn't hear it. As I'm in a shared office it was really hard to hear what was being said.

4/5
A user friendly training programme

Easy to understand, convenient being able to do it in sections and review parts if not fully understood. It enables you to do it in your own time, at your own speed.

4/5
A dull subject

Tedious but dealt with in a practical and efficient way.

2/5
Useful tips but a little too long

Would prefer not to have to wait for exercises to finish in real time - an indication of how long to do each exercise is all that is required rather than having to wait for 10 seconds or 1 minute as the exercise is shown.

Essential Information

Having just been off with a prolapsed disc it is really important that I look after my posture etc so that I do not have a re-occurring problem.

I completed all the questions in the risk assessment but it still gave me a red incomplete message Too many questions in the test were asking if 2 answers were correct and were misleading ie blinking does help in prevention of eye strain for me as dry eyes are a cause of discomfort esp in the dry dusty air we have in the office but this gave an 'incorrect' answer when given the option to choose with 'refocusing'
