The programme is set out clearly and can be used at a pace to suit the individual.

The information was clear and concise and the on-screen demonstrations were also very clear.

Clear and informative training, easy to understand and user friendly. Only one downside comment, the exercises needn't have reflected the precise time - I found myself starting to loose concentration, but overall, very impressed

I have used other H & S assessments and training courses which have more interaction and feel that this always benefits the user/trainee however the system does facilitate office staff requirements

This served as a useful reminder and it is good to learn how prevent injury to your self whilst in the working environment. Intro to long and not really necessary.

I thought the ICT Health and safety was good but wish there were more activities to do.
