Very good, helpful and user friendly programme,
The questions were straghtforward and easy to understand, the use of common sense is a benefit to enabling you to make a few easy adjustments to help good posture.
The course was at the right level for me and covered everything (and more) that I expected. It's always useful to review things that you take for granted.

Took too long...thought looking at the screen for too long was bad!
