Loved the interactive nature of the training and the 20-20-20 rule, great reminder again about taking regular small breaks away from DSE but also to move your eyes away and focus on something else.

The course is only useful if its implementation is monitored and followed up as is the case in organisations I have worked for in the past. Passing the test is no guarantee that workplaces are adhering to the principles.

Good coverage of the set of DSE with practical examples and thoughts.

Course is very helpful

The course basis is sound and covers areas I was aware of from previous training (in-house by my employers). The presenters spoke clearly and were engaging in their demonstration examples. I was never confused by what they said or mis-understood their actions. I will take away the guidance and implement at my workstation, ensuring my (current) employer is aware of anything that requires amendment.

I actually was quite surprised to learn a lot about different stretches, lighting, distances and easy measures of break time. The stretches bit in particular I would really like to work into my routine as they felt really powerful especially in areas I know are tight.
