Thanks for a well presented and thorough course. As a DSE Assessor I found really useful guide and am sure it will be very good for self assessment although some people may still need to be "guided" by an on site assessor. Of particular use I found was the series of exercises which I have noted down for convenience.
A comprehensive tool to teach and update. Easy to follow and complete
My risk assesment would have been much more accurate if I were able to take it at my desk and not have to rely on my memory of how everything is positioned.
A really clear training programme, easy to follow.
All of the questions clear and anyone with good common sense should be able to pass this module easily
Training modules are really good. Only one issue with test. The option to change your mind prior to finding out if the answer is correct would be useful. This is because it is too easy to click an answer without really thinking our it and click an answer you didn't necessarily mean.
Good training, well structured, clear and thorough. Would be good to find out the amount of time each section (and the total course) takes, to enable participant to plan around it.
This programme allows the workstation user to either gain initial knowledge regarding the subject as well as a refresher for more experienced users
I have learned how to set up my work place correctly. I have noticed new things about never have thought. Very thankful for the Health and Safaty Manager to give opportunity learn more about computer job.
I found this one of the most useful modules and was pleased that it also included a risk assessment section. This is defeinitely something I would consider for all the school staff who do spend considerable amounts of time on computers and laptops.
