very useful . coverd every aspect of health and safety in regard to ICT. all the modules were very useful, clear instructions , very clearly spoken and supported by pictures. in summary easy to understand

I like the fact you can go back and look at any of the divisions if you are unsure of something

The image sitting in the middle of the screen is not ideal, so is this software suitable for purpose, should it not fill the screen? The section on furniture as excellent particularly chairs, many chairs in the office are of a high back design which is therefore fixed as the arms form part of the structure, well ponted out.Whilst including the exercises I cannot see many people, myself inlcuded completing them, they make you feel very self-conscious particularly while sat at the desk.

A useful programme that reinforces understanding and reminds you to get out of bad habits! However, really do need a Not Applicable response available for certain questions as forces you to answer even if you do not use such equipment

The exercises were very useful and the correct set up of desk area.

Thanks for a well presented and thorough course. As a DSE Assessor I found really useful guide and am sure it will be very good for self assessment although some people may still need to be "guided" by an on site assessor. Of particular use I found was the series of exercises which I have noted down for convenience.
