I found this course to be very good and easy to follow.

I thought the programme was very informative and it really gets you thinking about your general health and well being whilst sitting at your desk. I will definitely use the information in the future.

Educating,informative, fine presentation: and made to suit individual's time factor.

The training was clear and easy to follow. The only thing about doing it on-line is that it is more easily forgotten.

Quite comprehensive but some areas were a little long winded such as picking out the 8 potential environment problems - it laboured the point. Without actually being in the office it was hard to tell whether the potential problem areas were actual problems..

clear & concise with good visuals to support learning

I have learn lot about positioning my self in front of the computor. the quick exercise programme is also very useful

OK if you have the latest /fastest computer to work on, I am a 'citis' user, had no sound (so couldn't watch any of the videos (should have subtitles?) also very slow, should have taken 20 minutes, was much closer to an hour, only scored 75% as guessed halve the answers due to the above issues?
