Very useful training.

Programme was very helpful and certainly I have picked up things I did not know and will inco-oparate them when using my computer, however, I had problems initially getting the voice to work this wasted alot of my time and programme was a bit longwinded and slow but overall very good.

theres too much sections and takes long to complete.

the assessment wasn't especially helpful, i only use a laptop and not at a desk. the yes/no answers weren't flexible enough for me.

Very thorough training session including very good pointers about exercises at the desk.

Informative but too long.

The programme was useful. Providing applicable information. It was presented in a fairly interesting format.

I realy think it was very well put together .

Informative and good be worked through at an individual's own pace.
