Comprehensive course

Comprehensive course - when completing the risk assessment the displayed message about the answers being saved but the assessment not completed is confusing. Course is over an hour which has been difficult to fit in with day to day work activities.

The CD rom was easy to use and useful

I always think it is useful to watch these video's to help focus you on your workstation and chair. I do suffer from back pain and have regular physio so am aware of my posture, but any helpful exercises and tips are always welcome.

5/5
Informative

I had my chair incorrectly set up. I have been suffering with a bad shoulder for a while now. Hopefully after re-arranging my desk and moving things closer it should go with time.

Good view of correct workplace practise.

Provides good information on correct workplace practise, everything you need to know about avoiding injury in the typical workplace setting is included in these short clips. It's easy to understand, easy to mirror information and keeps the viewer detailed without being boring.

Did what it set out to do

Useful training which is so much better to be able to do on-line than have to attend a course in an office. Very user-friendly.
