Comprehensive and informative
A very enjoyable programme full of useful information to carry forward for the future.
the training was really good easy to follow and the video demonstration also helped. .

enjoyed the programme.
Unfortunately sound is not available at work. Even though we had a group session to listen to the training I found it a little boring having to go through each section to be able to complete the test. Subtitles could improve this training but may distract the user from the visual aspects. Overall the training was good
Training all users to recognise the risks - if people aren't aware of the dangers they can't take adequate precautions to protect their health.
