Content and topic totally relevant. Well presented.

Generally covered the topics well. I like the short sections - kept it interesting and got the key meassages across. Also good reminder on things easy to miss like keeping equipment clean especially when hot desking.

Working on a busy front desk I found that it was too much for me to concentrate on the course when I had constant interruptions. Therefore the course seemed to go an awfully long time. Otherwise very good.

Up to date procedure for learning and evaluation

Loved the interactive nature of the training and the 20-20-20 rule, great reminder again about taking regular small breaks away from DSE but also to move your eyes away and focus on something else.

The course is only useful if its implementation is monitored and followed up as is the case in organisations I have worked for in the past. Passing the test is no guarantee that workplaces are adhering to the principles.
