Clear, concise and relevant.
Excellent training. Enjoyed and learned a lot. Specially liked the excersice section which has insteadly relieved some strain I had in my shoulders. Many Thanks!
The content of this piece is really useful. It's a shame the risk assessment was not more interactive and / or could not issue recommendations based on the answers given. Also, the exercises section went on a bit - useful content but a bit long winded.

It seemed to cover everything, however sometimes it was hard to hear the voice. Not every computer I use has speakers, so I had to find one that did.
This would have been much more useful if I had done this programme when I started using desk/computers some 20 years ago! It did however bring up a few points.
