This training was very useful and has given me a lot of information on how to improve how i work at my desk. It has increased my awareness of why these issues are important.
Our organisation's computer does not allow us to use sound so was unable to hear any of the audio - I could only read the subtitles. Useful information - although I already knew most of it, and much of it is common sense.
Takes too long
I found this programme very user friendly. I followed it easily and gained valuable information from it.
The content was clear, but the delivery was painfully slow. T
It is a clear and helpful programme. My only suggestion for improvement would be a text version of the verbal presentations for people who work in open-plan environments. That apart, it is a very good course.
The layout of the training was good in so much that it is neatly divided into sections which can either be completed in one go or completed in sections as time allows. The content covers a wide range of issues some of which I wouldn't have thought about e.g. glare on the screen and positioning of documents for non touch typists. Overall a good training course that is easy to follow and actually makes the student think about the issues contained in it.
Good because highlighted the fact that using my footrest was not required and caused issues, also that hip height (if possible) should be higher than knee height.
This was a very clear and consise training programme. I found it easy to follow and very informative.
I found this one went on a bit too much for my liking.
