The exercise section was a bit tedious and lasted too long. There was no need for the long pauses whilst watching someone complete an exercise.
A very clear and easy to understand and all subjects explained in just the right amount of depth. Made a normally boring subject quite interesting.
This training programme is a goopd way of reminding people of the importance of their health whilst working at a desktop, and by having a Random test at the end this ensures peoples knowledge overall.
The programme was informative. As a touch typist there was a lot I was already aware of but it was useful reminder of how to sit and to consider how best to set out your desk at work and home.
Overall quite good but it would appear that the question at the end of the first section relating to chair position gives the position with knees above hips as the correct answer
Whilst some things are common knowledge there were other elements, especially the excercises that were useful. Also i will take home the portable equipment element as we are very poor on that at home
Training section was particularly useful
I found this interestingly different as it helped me realize what i do which is near to the betterman of the health and saftey reasons to what I do wrongly and along the way I chaged and altered them i.e cleared my desk and rearranged my phone and trays etc.
A clear presentation of the do's and dont's when setting up and using a PC based workstation. It is easy to watch and interactive enough to maintain interest and reinforce the learning. I am pleased my company is rolling this program out to all our office based workers.
I do think that blinking is important for the eyes. I dropped a point on this area.
