The Computer and ICT Health and Safety programme provided relevant information to improve health and safety in the workplace. There were points raised that will enable me to continue improving my health and wellbeing, points which I had not considered before. The programme allowed me to complete the training exercise at a time and place convenient to me which was very helpful.
a good all round program easy to understand, with clear instructions.
Good that i have done it
Lots of useful information and ideas for exercises during the day. The videos make the training easily accessible.
This online training course was very well structured and very user friendly. Very easy to use and everything was explained in enough detail. Overall a very useful exercise.
A lot of the training is common sence however I found the excersises helpful. It is good to refresh on these things.
Though could not hear the voice of the trainers, however, the information provided on the demonstrations were enough to complete the task. The only negative comment I would make is that it was quite challenging to do this training whilst being interrupted
The guidance was very clear, detailed and well-paced There should be guidance on the positioning of two monitors The hazards in the office space (8 items to identify) were not particularly clear and there seemd to be several which were not identified such as a chair which was tilted back in an unsuitable position but not marked as a hazard
Useful hints for improving situation in home office and exercises to do. I would like a copy of these points for future reference.
I think the programme was very comprehensive and covered all the main points required. I liked the graphics and the checking questions as you complete each section.
