Possibility to split the training and do ti when available. Language easy to understand as I'm not English-native.
Pointless and most of its common sense
A professionally presented, comprehensive and interesting course.
this is a good programme, covers the main points, I did feel it a bit long but can be stopped at any time to continue later. The exercise section was particularly relevant and good.
I wish there was a way to print these exercises
A programme highlighting the issues that can arise from a bad desk layout/environment, but also gives a good insight on how to correct any problems.
Good quality videos and animations. The DSE assessment should include Not Applicable option for some of the questions. If you do not use a laptop there is no appropriate answer available.
I learnt some interesting points and very pleased with the new knowledge which indeed will help with my posture problems. Thank you!
It just seemed very unnecessary. I passed without listening to any of it.
This is an excellent to offer and take training. It is memorable because of the video's, you digest much more information because it feels like it is given on a one-to-one basis with no-one else interupting. It is concise, efficent and very helpful.
