had one problem with doing the risk assessment, not very clear how to do this thought at first may be my error, but a colleague had same problem

Hits the mark. Exercises are a bit embarrassing but the best bit of the training. Sending everyone a link specifically for the exercises might be a good idea.

I was complete this online training and coincidently the Occupational Health Manager, Anna Mitchell was in the office doing an ergonomic assessment on a team member. She was very helpful in advising about suitability of chairs in the team. Many were in fact broken!The DSE training was very helpful to me.

I would recommend this programme, as a home worker I don't always look at my work space from a health and safety point of view. This programme has made me do so

This program is very easy to follow and does trigger awareness of correct posture whilst using a computer.
