The programme was clear and seemed comprehensive. I found it a bit slow at the start, but it did raise some issues which I had not considered, particularly regarding portable devices.
Found it very informative and enjoyed the format of it..felt i could concentrate on it more for some reason rather than someone standing in front of you talking about the issue and going thro sheets and sheets of writing.
The course was intended to target Health and \Safety at work. Overall , I found the course very useful .

I've done a lot of computer based training and this is definitely at the top end of the spectrum - professional, easy to follow and not dull!

Easy to use and makes you think about posture at work - great as I work from home and makes you aware of risks etc - particularly like the exercises.

Although a great deal of common sense, it was very useful to re-cap on posture and I particularly liked the excercises.
