It is a good training package.

exercises were beneficial

I found this training program ok but could've been more interesting especially the exercise section.

to the point, and very imformative!

Helpful programme. A couple of the videos stuck & would not progress so had to omit related pages. Questions at end could be improved & in one the pictures were so small that I could hardly see difference between two of them.

Good understanding with interative vidoes.

A comment about this review page.... I just wanted to give a few positive words and not a full paragraph summary, and got directed back to this page as I hadn't completed a field! This might be limiting the number of short but positive responses you might get about your training programme.

Very good, but pace a little slow.

The training has taught me a lot about things that I can improve to allow for better work standards. This has allowed me to improve my posture, activites to reduce stress, eyestrain and pains and ensure the right equipment is afforded to me.
