Excellent interactive, engaging and thought-provoking training programme. The test was both challenging and rewarding when demomonstrating the learning.

easy to follow with helpful suggestions

This was very frustrating to get access too, by all of my colleagues around me. It firstly didn't give us access and then the screen froze, then we went through each section having to manually click to the next page (it wasn't always obvious that the page was at an end) and any that had a video on them, they didn't work so a lot of information was missed. We didn't get to see any of the exercise videos.

Good tips for going forward and I will try to sit correctly and position the keyboard, etc in the correct places.

The programme was straight forward and simple to use, very informative and interesting.

A little patronising in places, but picked up some good tips and will endeavour to correct some bad habits as a result!

The programme was very good. You can follow at your own pace and revisit any sections you are unsure of. The langauage it uses is clear and easily understood.

On the whole not a bad programme, I do feel that you should be able to answer other than yes or no sometimes. I do have one query on the Test had 19 questions correct then it asked about eye focus which said a) looking up and down b) blinking c) or both - I put both and this came up as wrong. I still think the answer should have been both.

The course relies on having audio on the computer in use. No computers in the area have speakers fitted.
