good program, maybe a little to long
the program was very easy to understand and follow , I found the questions to be very clear

Helpful training
Being given the option of 'no comment' it is misleading to find at the end I was directed back to the beginning to redo those questions. My first application of 'no comment' meant either I had no view, no experience or preferred not to comment. Being referred back wasted my time. Not sure the purpose of it or who the responses will be shared with.
Easy to follow and user friendly training which can be taken at the users leisure, well done.
This programme is user friendly to follow and complete, useful having the opportunity to retake the test to improve your knowledge.
Some aspects of the training course were really helpful and could be rolled out to the other countries within Int'l. I do feel that the training was too long and on some topics to deep. Max. duration of the training course: 20 minutes.
