A good programme that fit for all level of workers.
Generally good, but I felt that some of the test question were a bit ambiguous.
Takes too long. Too much detail and theory applied for something where common sense should prevail!
Found it contained very usefull information
It was more interesting to undertake the exercise with video. Thiw helped to explain the techniques and practicalities of the advice.

In the environment in which I work the video was very difficult to hear and on a standard screen not all the pictures were big enough to see (e.g. the pictures for assessment at the end of the first unit)
Some basic erros in presentauion software and risk assessment Presentation videos not re-sizeable on screen for comforatble viewing Risk Assessment provide comment box when answer was low rather than as approproiate to the context of the question
