The course was very good at highlighting the different areas relating to health and safety in an informative way. The quiz at the end was a practical way of ensuring that the points had been understood. I am not sure how many of the exercises I will be doing in the future!

The information was easy to follow & the important points were highlighted well.

There were a lots of things that I learnt that I never really thought of before. The exercises will be very useful

The programme covered alot of areas that i waas unaware of. It allows everyone on a large scale to complete in there own time,

A few videos were a little long-winded (particularly the exercises section)

I found this easy to follow and the information was clearly presented.

Audio was not too clear - stuttering/ broke up constantlty
