The information was presented well but the length of time it took to load the video's was a real turn off.

Upon completion of my training session, I found that the questions raised for my test were very informative to myself. The questions made me more aware of the importance of the set up and sitting position for my posture position. It also makes you aware of the importance to take a break from your computer screen to rest your eyes and also for you to excercise during this break period. Overall I found the training session very helpfull and usefull to understand the importance of the course contents.

This is the most effective DSE training and assessment I have ever experienced. The fact that you can conduct this at your own workstation in your own time is brilliant. You can take pauses when it suits you or check something specific on your workstation as the training progresses.

Many of the points were useful reminders. The exercises were very helpful and I am sure will help relieve some of the strain I had been experiencing

This training session is interactive and keeps you engaged whilst working through each of the sections.

I found the programme covered all the relevant points associated with DSE at my specific work-station..

In this program I found a cause to a problem that one of the persons I know is enduring,and I have since tried to help.
