Very informative easy to learn and in bite size chunks to enable the learning process to sink in

Having made notes from each of the sections, before taking the test, I did not think the test actually related directly to the bullet points from which I made the notes on.

Not a fan of video training; I often find that I could have read a lot of the documentation before the introduction is over. However, I recognise that for most people it is a good way to learn.

Thought the bite sized sessions were a great idea.

Very informal and gets you thinking about your position when sitting at the desk. Also reminds you how important it is to take breaks and do exercises when sitting at the desk.

kept seizing my laptop so had to exit and restart regularly! also meant was on laptop longer than the prescribed 20 minutes! 😊

Good program, easy to follow, easy to listen to and good visualisations. Layout was simple and clean and was very well structured.
