Liked the points made. The VR scene where you had to find the incorrect things was a little difficult to spot a couple of them. I thought a couple of the test questions were a little pedantic "only one right answer"

Informative training programme that was easy to follow.

This training was very informative. it explains things simply in a way which was broken down into bitesized chunks therefore the information was easily digested. I was able to go at my pace and to take notes along the way which will help me recall the training in the yeras to come.

The answer to a couple of the questions \I would query - The backrest of your chair can be adjusted to provide support only, and has absolutely nothing to do with chair height, and I am not convinced that it is only re-focussing your eyes that will prevent eyestrain. Would not blinking help to moisten the eyes and so help with the same prevention? I would like to see the exercises available separately in printed or electronic format - they were very good!

easty to follow however I would prefer the speed to be a little quicker, although this is just personal preference.

The programme was good it really made me more aware of my working station and it taught me some new things on excerising. I think it is good to have assessements like this quite requlary in the work place just ensure that employees are comfortable when working .

Found the system easy to use, informative bullet points, a quick session rather than a prelonged video. I liked the ease of the VDU assessment and the test at the end.

I found the training very useful and easy to use.The tests were a good way but alson fun to test your knowledge.

The DVD was well presented, professional and easy to understand. The step-by-step process is simple and logical. The videos are very detailed and informative. The test at the end is good. The random generation of questions prevents it becoming easier with multiple attempts. Very good informative DVD overall.

A good memory jog to adjust chair & desk set up properly.
