The training is very thorough and easy to use. It covers every aspect of sitting at a desk using a computer, including environmental factors and on completion the trainee is fully conversant with all the general health and safety issues around working with computers.

The test at the end implies that you should keep re-doing it if you get a question incorrect - it should review why an answer was incorrect and confirm with the user that they understand why they got it wrong.

I found the inforamtion very informative and clear. I have learn a lot about how my equipment should be and how I should be sitting. The exercises were also very helpful.
