Overall I really like this product. It isnt very long and it goes over all the topics for computer health and safety. The product is very easy to use and the speech is easy to understand. The fact you can now have subtitles is also a very good idea just incase you canot use sound in the environment you are working in. I escpecially like the desk exercises as I found these useful.

I am already feeling the benefits as I feel more comfortable at my desk. I wish that the training was available to show my teenage son who spends many hours playing games on his computer!

The information was informative and helpful although I thought it went a bit too far suggesting changes that we can have no control over (get a light laptop etc.) Also I thought the advice on software was inappropriate as all the programs we use are mandated and could not be changed.

My only criticism is that occasionally the test would 'stick' i.e. the answer would turn green and when I requested a re-load it assumed an incorrect answer. :-(

Great and covers all requirments

Information was easy to follow, verbal support made you feel comfortable with completing the sections and the ability to pause was helpful . The sunmaries reinforced the verbal content so recalling the details later was more effctive and more satisfying.
