Clear concise, well presented.

Easy to follow training programme which is user friendly and easy to follow.

The layout was informal and easy to digest with clear explanations provided.

I found it easy and interesting to watch and listen to, and, have since adjsuted my chair and rearranged my desk to make my working day more comfitable and stress free.

great programme with lot of new things

There was a ot of useful information in the training session. My one criticsm would be regarding the health and safety questionaire. There was only a chioice of yes or no in the answer to choose from. Whereas for many aspects of working life the ansers are not so clear cut. For example the level of heat cn be fine at times but at other times intolerably hot or cold. I felt that, for this reason, my responses in theis section are not entirely accurate.

One of the most frustrating courses I have ever endured due to the constant delays due to video streaming, although the content was useful

The course is a useful guide to help people work efficinetly and stay healthy at the same time. I found it easy to use and I learnt a lot too.
